Housing Practice is an occupational area which requires an individual to have relevant knowledge, understanding and skills to practice within the Housing context, primarily as a customer service. This qualification will give you a basic understanding of housing and introduce you to some of the skills and knowledge necessary to participate in housing related activities.
This qualification will prepare you for further vocational development to a Level 3 qualification.
This course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of housing; the professional body for people who work in housing. They were granted oral royal charter in 1984.
Successful completion of this qualification will prepare you for the Level 3 certificate in housing practise. On completion of the Level 3 certificate; you can become a certified practitioner member of CIH.
